Delivery and returns

We aim to dispatch standard delivery orders within 1-2 working days but during busier periods it may take a little longer. If your order is urgent or required by a certain date please let us know by dropping us an email on hello@wylder.uk.

Delivery will be by Royal Mail and all UK orders over £65 are FREE. £4 will be charged for delivery on all orders below this value.

Click & Collect is available for local customers who wish to collect from our store in Lyme Regis, Dorset.  Enter code Lyme25 at the checkout to cancel the shipping cost. 

Returns and refunds

We have a 14 day return policy meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return and refund.  

To be eligible for a refund the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and undamaged.   

To request a return please contact us on hello@wylder.uk.  You can send the item to Wylder, 5 Bridge Street,  Lyme Regis, DT7 3QA. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.   

Unless a product you receive is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning an item.
